The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s). BOOKING, CHARGES & CANCELLATIONS:

All Participants details must be completed when making any booking with Extreme Exercise. All bookings are provisional until you receive a receipt of payment. Bookings are based on a first come first served basis. Extreme exercise has the right to refuse bookings due to any undue medical reasons.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL CLASSES

Regular Lessons:

Customers can sign up to Extreme Exercise classes at any time (considering places are available) as classes are suited to each individuals own level. Regular classes can be booked and paid for as a block of classes or by paying monthly. Classes must be paid in full to secure your place for any class. Payment can be paid by cheque, cash, or BACS.

Block Lessons:

Customers can sign up to Extreme Exercise classes at any time (considering places are available) as classes are suited to each individuals own level.

1st months fee must be paid in advanced to secure your place for the class. Initial payment can be paid by cheque, cash, or BACS.

The standing Order fee is averaged out over 47 weeks of classes over the year (1st Jan-31st Dec) allowing 5 weeks throughout the year where there will be no lessons.

Extreme Exercise will advise you when these dates are as necessary.

If EXTREME EXERCISE have to cancel any additional weeks to the allocated 5 you will be refunded for the lesson.

If YOU are unable to make additional weeks to the allocated 5 then you can attend any of the other classes Extreme Exercise offer in return for your absence, however to gain this, notice of your absence will need to be given no later than 24 hrs before the class.

This paying method will be paid by standing order on the 1st day of every month; your first month’s payment will alter accordingly to the lessons remaining in the month.

1 months written cancellation notice is required when paying by standing order.

Taster Sessions:

Customers are entitled to attend ONE taster session with Extreme Exercise.

Booking is Essential - Customers can book onto a Taster session at any time (considering places are available).

Workshops:

Workshops are held subject to number of participants. Customers will receive a full refund if 48hrs notice of cancellation has been received and confirmed by Extreme Exercise. Any cancellation of a workshop made by Extreme Exercise will be made 48hrs prior to scheduled time and a full refund will be issued.

Private Lessons & Workshops:

A non refundable 50% deposit is required for any Private class or workshop with Extreme Exercise. The remaining balance must be received 7 days prior to scheduled class.

Private classes and workshops can only be held in venues hired by Extreme Exercise.

Refunds (excluding deposit) will be issued for cancellations made 48hrs prior to scheduled booking.

BEHAVIOUR:

Extreme Exercise reserve the right to cease your arrangements with us if behaviour of any individuals within the booking appear to cause grief, damage, hazard or aggravate customers or other members and employees, property or anybody else within the class/booking. Any customer under the influence of alcohol or drug will be asked to leave the premises.

Refunds will not be issued to any customers who do not complete their booking with Extreme Exercise due to the above reasons.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

All customers must complete and sign a medical questionnaire and disclaimer before taking part in any physical activity instructed by Extreme Exercise. All participants must inform Extreme Exercise of any injuries, pregnancies or any doubts about your well being before commencing the scheduled class.

Participants are obliged to follow instructions accurately at all times, failure to do so may result in teaching being stopped without recourse.

Participants are participating in any physical activity organised by Extreme Exercise at their own risk. Extreme Exercise cannot accept any liability for Injury caused during any Extreme Exercise class or booking.
