Classes we Offer
POLE FITNESS:

Pole Fitness is a very strenuous, but fun form of exercise. This form of fitness works on all muscle groups (including muscles you never knew you had) primarily on the arms, thighs, abdominals and buttocks. It will increase metabolism and burn away those calories, leaving you with a toned, stronger and more flexible body.
Extreme Exercise aims to abolish the stereotype of what is thought to be ‘Pole Dance’ by offering you the following uniquely designed pole fitness classes. (All for ages 16 years or above!)

Regular Group Classes:

Weekly classes suitable for all levels from Beginner to Advanced. The classes will cover a wide range of pole spins, tricks, transitions and inverts whilst incorporating them into dance routines to encourage co-ordination, motor skills and most of all self esteem! Participants will learn tricks suitable for their individual ability. A Certificate of completion will be issued for each level once the specific spins and tricks are successfully mastered into a choreographed routine.

Taster Sessions:

Taster Sessions are held specifically for those who want to sample an Extreme Exercise Pole Fitness class. They are held at regular intervals throughout the year; alternatively you can ring Jess direct to arrange to try out any one of our up and running Regular classes!

Private Classes/Workshops:

Private Lessons are uniquely designed for the individuals involved. Ideal for those who don’t want to learn in a group environment or would just like to learn at a quicker/slower speed. Private workshops are available and are ideal for birthday celebrations, Hen Parties & Corporate Events contact Jess for availability and prices!
