Our main aim is to place fun into fitness by offering uniquely designed dance based exercise classes for all ages!
All our classes provide a fun and exciting new way to exercise in an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere, allowing every individual to have fun with new friends whilst keeping fit!
Extreme Exercise is run by Jessica Short, a fully qualified Dance, Exercise to Music and Pole Fitness Instructor. After gaining years of teaching experience in many different forms of dance and group exercise classes she felt it was time to offer her idea of dance and fitness combined by launching EXTREME EXERCISE!
